1. Membership   All ZEBEX partners can apply our FTP membership. One company can apply one set of Username and Password only. The free access of ZEBEX FTP is granted once membership application is approved. 2. Description of Service   ZEBEX FTP is designed to share our valued and patented information and documents with members. Without ZEBEX’s approval and permission, those information and document shall not be shown or released to the third party. ZEBEX reserves the right to terminate a membership. 3. Loss of Username and/or Password   If you forget or lose your Username and/or Password, please contact your sales representative immediately. It may take a certain amount of time to settle. Before it is settled, you may not be able to apply a new set of Username and Password. Hence, please keep your Username and Password in a safe place. 4. Obligations   All information or document downloaded from ZEBEX FTP site shall be stored carefully. Without ZEBEX’s approval and permission, all non-related information and documents with products and service shall not be uploaded to ZEBEX FTP. All members shall faithfully deal with the information and documents downloaded from ZEBEX.
