We are a famous electronic company offering all products related to the Auto ID industry in our country. We used to sell other famous-brand scanners. Though our customers were satisfied with the performances, the price issue was always the most critical concern for our customers. We were forced to look for other brands with comparable performance and competitive price. This was why ZEBEX appearing on our final list.

One of our customers is a lottery company that has over thousand lottery stores around the country. The rise of our national incomes helps to grow their businesses as well but their previous lottery system was insufficient to handle growing demands. On the other hand, the barcode printers they use are thermal direct one and the printings on thermal direct papers are faded soon as always, especially barcodes. Under the circumstances, they needed to have a better solution with the considerations of lower cost, faster speed and better accuracy.

For their need we introduce ZEBEX Z-3021 handheld laser scanner. Given its reliable decoding capability, it can manage the increasing daily operations of lottery tickets and all of their lottery shops are happy that they can work efficiently with minimum workforces. Besides, Z-3021 can read faded barcodes quickly, which helps to reduce the fixed costs for opening new stores. As they will continue to establish more lottery stores over the country, the economic price is another import reason why they are happy with Z-3021.

In the past one year we have sold over 10,000 units of Z-3021 and are pleased with the sales revenues generated by this laser scanner. For the next step we are planning to greatly promote Z-3021 nationally and introduce it to the local retail market soon. We have tried Z-3021on items sold in different supermarkets and hypermarkets and this scanner can always read barcodes printed in bad quality.
