	How to bootload (download) the PDL-20 firmware?
	Please download the bootload tool Z50bot.zip and follow the instruction in BloadPDL20.pdf file.

	After updating firmware, the PDL-20's screen become blank?
	Turn off PDL-20 then press "F1"+"F2"+"PW" to enter BootLoad mode. If it can not enter BootLoad mode, turn off PDL-20 and take off main battery then keep pressing "F1"+"F2" and put main battery into PDL-20. It will make the PDL-20 get into BootLoad mode for updating firmware.

	How to enter Boot Load mode?
	- For WinTaskGen System: 　There are two kinds of firmware "PDX20A.BLD" and "PDX20.BLD" for WinTaskGen software. The firmware "PDX20A.BLD" fits for PDL-20 　(withback light function), the firmware PDX20.BLD" fits for PDL-20 (without back light function). - For EasyTask System: 　There are two kinds of firmware "EzTsk20A.BLD" and "EzTsk.BLD" for EasyTask software. The firmware "Eztsk20A.BLD" fits for PDL-20 (with 　back light function), the firmware "EzTsk.BLD" fits for PDL-20 (withoutback light function).

	While trying to load a font to PDL-20 from the command prompt, it gives the error message as ”Data programming failed”. I am using PC O.S with Windows XP.
	The program doesn’t support Windows NT kernel, please use Windows 98 OS to load the font.

	Is it possible to accelerate the communication rate of PDL-20 (2MB)?
	The current maximum baud rate of WinTaskGen and PDL-20 is 19200. It is a feasible technic to increase the baud rate. If you have this request, please contact the sales distributor.
