The ZX-4020 is a high-performance industrial vision recognition
sensor that delivers fast and accurate identification even in the
most challenging production environments. Utilizing advanced
deep learning algorithms, it can perform visual inspection
applications such as OCR and classification with only a small
number of samples.

The ZX-4020 features a rugged design with an IP67-rated
housing, effectively protecting against dust and water, ensuring
reliable operation in harsh industrial environments. It supports a
wide working distance from 100mm to 1000mm and maintains
clear image quality across various installation settings and
product sizes through mechanical focusing.

Its flexible lighting system is a major highlight. Users can
independently control four light groups and customize up to 16
lighting modes. This flexibility enables optimal illumination in both bright and dark conditions, improving AI inspection accuracy across various surface textures and lighting environments.
